The pool area could definitely use another pool or a larger main pool to alleviate the crowding. finding sunbeds at peak times felt like a strategic mission. The air conditioning in our room left much to be desired—it never quite got cool enough, and the temperature fluctuations could be quite uncomfortable for sleeping. the location is a bit far. a 20-minute walk along the pine walk to reach the main port while dragging my son felt a lot longer in the sweltering heat. The pool bar was rather underwhelming in visuals and lacked a few more snack options, and we encountered prolonged waits for service at times, especially during busy meal hours.

Animation team made my kids smile

The hotel was ideal for families, from the spacious suite to the lively animation team who kept my children entertained with fun games and activities throughout our stay. Our evenings were filled with laughter during the mini disco, and the diverse food options at each meal kept everyone happy, especially my picky eaters.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our suite struggled to keep up with the warm weather, causing some discomfort during the nights. while the pool looked inviting, we faced a couple of closures due to unexpected accidents that disrupted our swimming plans. It seemed to bother other guests too.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all levels. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and the quality of food at breakfast and dinner was impressive with plenty of choices. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The location was beautiful, just one street from the sandy but rocky beach, allowing us to relax in the evenings after the children slept. The spacious room was well-designed with essential amenities like a fridge and microwave. The dining experience was quite enjoyable with a variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive.

I noticed that the security safe in the room came with extra fees, which seemed rather unreasonable.

The kids loved the shallow pool with fun slides. The water fountain down the hall was a nice touch for staying hydrated. Plus, we enjoyed the evening programs which kept everyone entertained. our stay felt so relaxed with easy parking next to our spacious suite.

We had a spacious suite with a microwave and fridge, which was useful for our family. The food was excellent, especially the kids' options. Cleanliness was top-notch, with daily housekeeping. Plenty of deck chairs were available at the pool. The location is within walking distance to the beach! 🌞
